Velocity features an exclusive Adult Training Strike Class comprised of Martial Arts Strike Training combined with Fitness & Conditioning.

Strike Class offers a combination of mixed upright fighting disciplines including but not limited to Boxing, Karate, and Taekwondo. There is a heavy emphasis on bag and target training in combination with controlled continuous sparring. Strengthening and conditioning drills include plyometric, resistance, and isometric exercises. Core strengthening and toning exercises are also integrated into the interval training of each class.
