Shaolin Cardio Kickboxing
At Velocity, our kung fu kickboxing program is a unique mix of modern cardio kickboxing and traditional kung fu exercises inspired by ancient Shaolin warriors. Unlike most traditional cardio kickboxing classes, aside from building cardio fitness, clients will also be learning practical self defense techniques while getting in the workout. Clients will be treated to a full body burn and sweat through a variety of drills that will literally kick off all the calories! Shaolin Cardio Kickboxing is taught by Kung Fu Instructor Adrian Li.
